Equipment is in accordance with FAA Approved Master Drawing List 201207-000, Rev IR, dated May 3 0, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions, Pilot’s Operating Handbook and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplements, AFMS 201207, Rev IR, dated November 6, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions , and Blackhawk Modifications Inc. Instructions for Contin ued Airworthiness document ICA 201207-30, Rev IR, dated August 29, 2014, or later revisions.
Limitations and Conditions : The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this insta llation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft . The approval of this modification applies to t he above -noted airplane models only. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

• This modification and applicable supplements must be accompanied by the Pilot’s Operating Handbook and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual, Document Numbers D1307-34-13PH or D1352-7-13PH and applicable Supplements for Blackhawk STC SA02467LA (208) or D1309-29-13PH or D1329-23-13PH and applicable Supplements for Blackhawk STC SA02357LA (208B).
• This modification is not compatible with Cessna Model 208 Serial Number 2080500 and greater or Cessna Model 208B Serial Number 208B2000 and greater, aircraft equipped with Garmin 1000 installations, and aircraft equipped with TKS installation.
