Quick Release Nose Cone Latch to be installed in accordance with DECA Aviation Engineering Modification Summary MS05092, Revision 2, dated August 12, 2005, Transport Canada approved August 12, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with DECA Aviation Engineering Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA05092, Revision 6, dated February 27, 2008, Transport Canada accepted March 11, 2008, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
