Installation of Cabin Interior Modification in accordance with Northrop Grumman Installation Drawing List Report No. 414101DL, Revision C, dated April 9, 2008.
1. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Northrop Grumman Instructions for Continued Airworthiness B300 Interior Installation Report No. 414103ER, Revision A, dated April 29, 2008.
2. Northrop Grumman Flight Manual Supplement for Hawker Beechcraft B300 Report No. 414102ER, Revision -, STC No.
SA02528NY, FAA approved April 22, 2008 is required with this installation.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:
Base on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Hawker Beechcraft B300 series aircraft is as follow:
(a) The type certification basis for the Hawker Beechcraft B300 series airplane is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
(b) The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, June 11, 2007 is based upon part 23 as amended by amendment 23-54. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
