Installation of M-T Propeller, Inc model MTV-9-D/205-58 or MTV-9-D/210-58 propeller in accordance with Executive Sales & Leasing Master Drawing No. ES1028-4, Rev. A. dated Feb. 6, 2008, or later approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
