1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), document 0035-00004-001, dated June 17, 2021, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this installation and must be maintained with a copy of this certificate as part of the permanent record of the modified aircraft.
