Installation of a pressure bulkhead in accordance with Murray Aircraft Modifications, LLC Master Data List, Document Number DC309-1720-00, Rev. B, dated June 19, 2008, and Murray Aircraft Modifications, LLC, Engineering Order, Document Number DC309-1720-04, Rev. B, dated June 17, 2008; or later FAA approved revisions.
1. This STC shall be accomplished only in concert with, or subsequent to STC Number SA02463CH, that modifies the aircraft from a passenger configuration aircraft to an all cargo configuration aircraft and STC Number SA02464CH, that relocates the over wing emergency exit door. 2. FAA Approved Murray Aircraft Modifications, LLC Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No.
DC309-1720-02, Revision B, dated April 7, 2008, or later FAA approved revision is required. 3. Modified aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Murray Aircraft Modifications, LLC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No.
DC309-1720-03, Revision B, dated April 8, 2008, or later FAA accepted revision. 4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Based on 14 CFR Sections 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the British Aerospace Models Jetstream 3101 and Jetstream 3201 cargo conversion is as follows:
