Maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Report 140000II, Revision A, dated February 2, 2018, or later FAA-accepted revision. Operated in accordance with Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Report 140000FMS, Revision A, dated January 17, 2018, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.
This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduc e no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
A copy of this certificate, the ICA, and the AFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
