(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously installed modifications.

(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

(3) A copy of this certificate, the approved AFMS, and the approved ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

(4) For the GPS 175, a GPS/SBAS antenna must be previously or concurrently installed.

(5) For the GNX 375, a GPS/SBAS antenna and a transponder antenna must be previously or concurrently installed.

(6) For the GNC 355, a GPS/SBAS antenna and a VHF COM antenna must be previously or concurrently installed. For IFR installations, a second GPS navigator, VHF navigation radio, or VHF COM radio must be previously or concurrently installed.

(7) All aircraft listed on the Approved Model List meet the requirements for airplane certification Levels 1 through 4 and airplane performance levels low speed and high speed.
