1) This modification is intended to serve as a cosmetic, non-structural ice shield. This modification has been certified as noninterference Supplement Type Certificate and has not been evaluated to verify its intended function.
2) The installer must determine whether this design cha nge is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3) If the holder agrees to permit another pe rson to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
