Modification to upgrade the existing Mode S Transponder system by installing the ACSS NXT-700 Transponder with ADS-B Out and optionally install the ACSS NXG-900 GPS as the position source for ADS- B Out in accordance with FAA approved AML STC Master Data List (MDL) as defined in the AML No.
SA02677LA, dated 15 January 2019, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness are defined in the AML No. SA02677LA, dated 15 January 2019, or later FAA approved revision.
This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined t hat the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only.
A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent record of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. (See continuation on sheet 3 of 3)
