115N, dated July 2009.
1. This modification is for Piper Model PA-28R-201T, S/N 28R-7703378, only.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. FAA Approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement for Piper PA28R-201T, S/N 28R-7703378, dated October 14, 2009, or later FAA Approved revision is required.
4. Instructions for Continued Airworthin ess, Airplane Maintenance Manual S upplement for Piper PA28R-201T, S/N 28R- 7703378, dated October 9, 2009 is required.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
