The approval of this modification applies to the above noted model series only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. This approval is for structural provisions only and does not approve the installation of any equipment.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ACH-6-11, Revision NC, dated February 17, 2023, or later FAA accepted revision must be available to the operator at the time of installation.

SA02806LA 07/07/2025 Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-100, -200, -300 and -400 series Twin Otter airplanes with the IKHANA Group, LLC STC modification is as follows:
a. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the referenced date of application, March 19, 2019, is based upon 14 CFR Part 23, as amended by Amendment 23-1 through 23-63.
