Installation of MT Propeller model MTV-15-B/210-58 and MTV-15-B-C-R-M/CR210-58 on Piper Aircraft models PA-16, PA-20 and PA-22, in accordance with Installation Instruction, Document Number SA-800, Revision Org., dated 09/17/2009 or Installation Instruction, Document Number SA-800-R, Revision Org., dated 07/27/2020, or later FAA approved revision.
1. This modification is only applicable to aircraft equipped with Lycoming O-360 180 hp engine.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
