Installation of the reversible MT-Propeller model MTV-15-B-C-R(M)/CR210-58 two bladed hydraulic constant speed propeller in accordance with H.O. Aircraft, Inc. Installation Manual, Document No. RP390-IM-18, Rev. IR, dated 10/20/2010, FAA approved on 11/18/2010 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. Aircraft must be previously modified in accordance with H.O. Aircraft, Inc. Lycoming IO-390 engine conversion in accordance with STC SA02828CH.

3. Full compliance with the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement RP390-FS-18, Revision IR, dated 10/20/2010, FAA approved on 11/1/2010 and the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness RP390-ICA-18, Revision IR, dated 10/20/2010, accepted by FAA on 11/18/2010 or later FAA approved revisions are required.

4. Verify proper aircraft Weight and Balance.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
