Installation of an AVIA V508E-AG106A Model Propeller in accordan ce with Installation Instructions For Thrush S2R models modified in accordance with STC SA09342SC and using Avia Pr opellers V.510AG or V508E-AG99A or V508E-AG106A, Revision IR, dated October 6, 2010, or later FAA Approved revision.

1. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Th rush Aircraft Corp. S2R-R1340, Serial No. 5260, which has STC SA09342SC incorporated.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement For Thru sh S2R-R1340, S/N R1340-017 modified in accordance with STC SA09342SC and using Avia Propelle rs V.510AG or V508E-AG99A or V 508E-AG106A, Revision A, signed and dated October 15, 2010, or later FAA Approved revision is required.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Turbines C onversions, LTD Maintenance Ma nual Supplement, Revision A, dated October 15, 2010, or later FAA Accepted revision is required.
