Replace original Teledyne Continental MotorsTSIO-520 engine with TCM 10-550-P model aircraft engine; turbo normalized not to exceed the rating of 310 BHP Maximum Continuous Power for both the aircraft and engine. Proposed alteration is on Cessna models P210, T210L, T210M and T210N in accordance with Vitatoe Aviation Installation Instructions, report V0701-3 Rev. F dated December 19, 2013 Limitations and Conditions:

1. Compatibility of the design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. The modified aircraft shall be operated in accordance with Vitatoe Aviation Airplane Flight Supplement, report Number V0701-8 Rev. B dated December 19, 2013 or later approved Revision

3. The aircraft shall be maintained in accordance with Vitatoe Aviation Report V0701-9; Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Rev. A, dated May 22, 2014 or later approved revision.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
