1. IS&S Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, 1D-08571, Revision 2, dated November 23, 2010, is required for this installation.

2. IS&S Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, 1D-08291, Revision 4, FAA approved on March 28, 2011 is required for this installation.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

10. Keyboards must be installed and loaded with BIO 4.2 (must match CSP and APC) as a prerequisite for the installation of this STC.

11. EAI Service Bulletin 500-31-020, DSU Software 3.0.54, is a prerequisite for the installation of this STC.

12. EAI Service Bulletin 500-99-002, Avio NG Avionics Package, is a prerequisite for the installation of this STC.

13. EAI Service Bulletin 500-99-005, Avionics Upgrade to Avio NG 1.5 Configuration, is a prerequisite for the installation of this STC.
