Installation of modified Wing Spar Splice and Cap per Aeronautix Modification Kit Installation Instructions, document number 35- 571101, Rev. A, dated 3-3-2011 or later FAA approved revisions.
1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2) A copy of this certificate or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
