1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. A copy of this certificate or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
3. FAA Approved H. O. Aircraft Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement AFMS-7ECA-320, revision IR, dated, May 12, 2011or later FAA Approved revision, is required.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
