1. Parts manufacturing to be accomplished in accordance with North Star Aircraft Maintenance Ltd. Manufacturing Master Drawing List MMDL-NS-80, Revision 01, dated August 26, 2010, Transport Canada Approved August 27, 2010 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

2. Maintenance and Continued Airworthiness must be in accordance with North Star Aircraft Maintenance Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-NS-80, Revision 03, dated July 27, 2011, Transport Canada Accepted July 28, 2011 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
