Original Product- Type Certificate umber;
Installation of Hartzell Propeller models PHC- J3YF-1RF/7498() 3 bladed metal propeller. Modification of aircraft in accordance with Minnis Aviation Installation Instructions No. M2011-3, Revision IR, dated 10/25/11 or later. FAA Approved revision. This STC may be used with previously modified aircraft that incorporate STC Nos SA02482CH, SA02483CH, or SA02988AT.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) The approved Mooney models shall be maintained in accordance with Minnis Aviation LLC Report M2011-9, Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, dated 10/25/11 or later FAA accepted revision.
4) The approved Mooney models shall be operated in accordance with Minnis Aviation LLC Report M2011-8, Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated 10/25/11 or later approved FAA revision.
