2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement For A llied Ag Cat Productions, Inc. Model; G-164-C Honeywell International TPE331-1-151A Engine List ed in T.C. Date Sheet E3WE and m odified by STC SE8029SW, Restricted Category, Registration N996QC, Serial # 19C, Revision, Original, signed and dated October 12, 2011, or later FAA Approved revision is required.
3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Sky Tractor Co . Maintenance Requirements – Instructions for Continued Airworthiness: ST ICA G164C19N, Revision IR, dated October 18, 2011, or later FAA Accepted revision is required.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another pers on to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
