Part 23 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Installation of new lower cowling and new air box assembly in accordance with Installation Instructions Doc. No. RR-900, Rev. IR, dated January 04, 2011 or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. This STC is valid only on the aircraft models listed above with Lycoming O-320 series or O-360 series engines installed.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. The aircraft with this STC installed shall be maintained in accordance with Rubbert Aircraft Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. No. RR-901, Rev. IR dated January 04, 2011 or later FAA accepted revision …End… This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
