The installation of the Latitude Technologies Corporation S100 Tracking System in accordance with Master Drawing List 1118- MDL-001 dated August 13, 2012.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with the Latitude Technologies Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 1118- 400-005, Rev. 3 dated August 9, 2012 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
2. Operations must be in accordance with Latitude Technologies Corporation Airplane Flight Manual Supplement 1118-FMS-001 TCCA approved August 14, 2012 or later Transport Canada approved revision.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
