Installation of either Universal Avionics CVR-120A or CVR-120R Cockpit Voice Recorder to be completed in accordance with Rocky Mountain Aircraft Modification Instructions E103110 Revision -, approved October 4, 2011 or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be completed in accordance with Rocky Mountain Aircraft, Maintenance Manual Supplement E103131 Revision -, dated April 8, 2011 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
