Installation of Mode S Transponders with 1090 MHZ ADS-B Extended Squitter System in accordance with University of North Dakota Master Drawing List UND-FFS-MDL, Revision 3, dated October 10, 2012, or later FAA approved revision.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement document number UND-FFS-FMS Revision 1, dated November 06, 2012, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this modification.
3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
