Replacement of amphibious wheel and brake to be completed in accordance with DHC-3 Otter Amphibious Float Wheel and Brake Replacement, VAL-226-MDL, Revision NI, approved March 12, 2008 or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Viking Air Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement, document No. VAL-226-FMS, Rev NI, approved April, 04 2008 or later Transport Canada approved revisions is required with this installation.

2. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness refer to Viking Air Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Cleveland Wheels and Brakes for DHC-3 on Edo 7490 Amphibious Floats, VAL-226-ICA, Rev A dated April 30, 2012, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
