Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an Air Conditioning System, Kelly Aerospace kit #KATS-
13-001. Installation Instructions as listed on NC-13-027, revision A, dated December 24, 2013, and drawing list NC-13-023, revision B, dated January 24, 2014, or later FAA approved revision.
1. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. No. NC-13-025, Rev. B, approved February 11, 2014, or later FAA approved revision, is required to be on board the modified aircraft.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
