2) FAA Approved Pilots Operating Handbook Supplement, Dan Buzz & Associates Document Number DB1303018, Revision IR, approved April 3, 2014 or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the modified aircraft.

3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
