Installation of Lycoming IO-580-B1A engine in accordance with Wipaire, Inc. Installation Instruction, Document No. 1005680, Revision E, dated February 17, 2015, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. POHSA01156CH-A-15, No Revision, dated April 14, 2014, or POHSA01156CH-A-19, No Revision, dated October 9, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions, is required for amphibious operations. 3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. POHSA01156CH-S-16, No Revision, dated April 14, 2014, or POHSA01156CH-S-20, No Revision, dated October 9, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions, is required for seaplane operations. 4. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. POHSA03323CH-L-1, No Revision, dated March 20, 2015, or later FAA approved revisions, is required for landplane operations. 5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
