Installation of engine mount, engine cowling and carburetor air box to support the installation of a Lycoming 0-320 or 0-360 engine.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. The modification is to be installed per Installation Instructions STC SA03327CH New Carburetor Air box and Engine Cowling Piper Aircraft Models: PA-12, PA-12S and PA-14 number RR-1000, Revision Org, FAA approved February 23, 2015, or later FAA approved revision and as detailed in drawing Cowl Install, R-1005, Revision Org, dated November 6, 2013 or later FAA approved revision.
3. The aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with FAA Approved STC SA03327CH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, RR-1001, Airworthiness Limitations section 11, Revision None, dated January 23, 2015, approved February 23, 2015 or latest FAA approved revision.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
