2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certification to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Mandatory replacement time and/or inspection Intervals are defined in the “Airworthiness Limitation Information” section of Beringer Aero Maintenance and Overhaul Manual as referenced in the above description of Type design change.
4) This STC is applicable to all serial number for Diamond Aircraft Industries Inc.
