Installation of McCauley Model 3GFR34C703 propeller, modified to include pitch locks per STC SP03376CH, in accordance with Wipaire, Inc. Drawing No. 1008230, Revision A, dated August 8, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. W208PL-25-01, No Revision, dated September 12, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions, is required for amphibious operations. 2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
