P.68, P.68B, P.68C, P.68 "OBSERVER", P.68 "OBSERVER 2", and P.68R aircraft must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Master Documentation List, Doc # E-2783 Revision 5, dated June 13, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions, and MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Installation Instructions, Doc # E-1371, Revision 5, dated April 25, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. # E-1372, Revision 3, dated April 25, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions.

P.68C-TC,and P.68TC "OBSERVER", aircraft must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Master Documentation List, Doc # E-2783 Revision 5, dated June 13, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions, and MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Installation Instructions, Doc # E-1375, Revision 4, dated April 25, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. # E-1376, Revision 3, dated April 25, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operations must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH's Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Doc # E-1374, Revision 5, dated June 13, 2025, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations sections of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplements, referenced in the Description section.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. The optional Liese 75x8x100 muffler is not applicable for the Vulcanair S.p.A. P.68R aircraft with Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement AN installed.

Limitations and Conditions (continued) Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Vulcanair S.p.A. P.68, P.68B, P.68C, P.68C-TC, P.68 "OBSERVER", P.68 "OBSERVER 2", P.68TC "OBSERVER", and P.68R aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Vulcanair S.p.A. P.68, P.68B, P.68C, P.68C-TC, P.68 "OBSERVER", P.68 "OBSERVER 2", P.68TC "OBSERVER", and P.68R aircraft is as shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) A31EU for areas not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Vulcanair S.p.A. P.68, P.68B, P.68C, P.68C-TC, P.68 "OBSERVER", P.68 "OBSERVER 2", P.68TC "OBSERVER", and P.68R aircraft for areas changed or affected by the change is as shown on TCDS A31EU with the following exceptions:

• 14 CFR Part 36 at Amendment 36-32.
