Installation of a Hartzell HC-C2YL-1BLF/FL7666A-2 propeller onto a Colonial C-1 Skimmer equipped with a Lycoming O-320- A3A propeller in accordance with Colonial Skimmer Hartzell Compact Propeller Installation Instructions, FAA Approved June 5, 2015.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
3. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement for Colonial C-1with Hartzell HC-C2YL-1BLF/FL7666A-2 Propeller, Initial Revision, approved April 14, 2015, or later FAA approved revision is required.
4. FAA Accepted Colonial Skimmer Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Initial Revision, Airworthiness Limitations Section approved June 5, 2015, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the hol der must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
