Master Drawing List, MDL1001, Revision E, TCCA approved October 1, 2014, or later Transport Canada approved revision, and installed in accordance to Thunder Bay Aviation Ltd., Installation Instructions, Report 033031-06, Initial Release, TCCA approved October 1, 2014, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness refer to Thunder Bay Aviation Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report 033020-07, Revision A, TCCA approved January 30, 2014, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
