Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Patient Loading and Utility System (PLUS) in accordance with Standard Aero Master Data List (MDL) EGR-855-00 Revision E, dated November 10, 2016, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision, and LifePort, LLC, MDL -855-01, Revision AA, dated March 27, 2020, or later FAA Approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these model series on which other previously approved modification are incorporated unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number EGR-855-11-001, Revision F, dated April 03 2020, or later FAA-approved revision, is a required part of this modification. A copy of this certificate and AFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
