1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

a. EASA Approved “Pilot’s Operating Handbook and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement,” Doc. No. E-2339, Revision 1, dated January 7, 2015 or later EASA approved revisions
b. “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness,” Doc. No. E-2341, Revision 0, dated August 5, 2013 or later EASA accepted revisions.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:
1. The type certification basis for the Piper Aircraft, Inc. Model PA-24-250 and PA-24-260 aircraft is shown on TCDS No. 1A15 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
