1. Installation of LEXAVIA LFS6000 Long Wave Infrared (LWIR) sensor and Enhanced Vision System must be performed in accordance with Northeast Engineering & Development Ltd. Master Drawing List No. 121601 Issue 4, dated June 14, 2016 or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Placards must be installed in accordance with Northeast Engineering & Development Ltd. Drawing No.121604, Issue 3, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

1. The limitations defined in Section 2 of Northeast Engineering & Development Ltd FMS No. 12161F, Issue 3 June 14, 2016 or later Transport Canada approved revision must be complied with.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
