1. Installation of Rockwell Collins TCAS-4000 or TCAS-94 TCAS II system, in accordance with Business & Commuter Aircraft (BCA) document BCA53-00 Revision 2, dated June 25, 2015, or later EASA-approved revision.
2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with BCA Instructions for Continued Airworthiness BCA53-ICA, Revision 0, dated April 04, 2015, or later EASA-accepted revision.
1. Operation is subject to the limitations set forth in BCA Airplane Flight Manual Supplement BCA53-AFMS, Revision 1, dated April 2, 2015, or later EASA-approved revision.
2. The TCAS II system is restricted to Version 7.0. An upgrade to any later TCAS II version will require further showing of compliance to applicable regulations.
3. The installer must determine if this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
