1. Installation of a Flak Pack Ice Shield System must be done in accordance with Amtech Aeronautical Limited (AAL) Master Data List as shown on FAA AML No. SA03556NY.
2. Maintenance must be done in accordance with AAL Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as shown on FAA AML No. SA03556NY.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. A copy of this certificate and the attached FAA AML No. SA03556NY, reissued February 1, 2022, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
