Avenger Instructions for Continued Airworthiness AAS-ICA-08-002, Revision C, dated November 26, 2008, or later FAA accepted revision, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

Structural Limitations Wing Front Spar Lower Cap, Avenger p/n A002WM10001-101/-102/-101S/

- 102S must be replaced every 40,000 hours time in service in accordance with the FAA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of Avenger Instructions for Continued Airworthiness AAS-ICA-08-002, Revision C, dated November 26, 2008, or later FAA accepted revision.

Certification Basis Based on 14 CFR Part 21.115, 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8100.48, the certification basis for the Thrush Model S2R series airplanes is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Thrush Model S2R series airplanes is shown on type certificate data sheet A4SW for parts either not changed by this STC or not affected by the change.
