No. E-2552, Rev. 2, dated January 11, 2016, or later EASA approved revision and Installation Instructions, Doc. No. E-2554, Rev. 1, dated December 09, 2015, or later EASA approved revision.

1. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the “Limitations” section of Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. No.

E-2553, Rev. 2, dated January 11, 2016 or later EASA approved revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. No E-2553, Rev. 2, dated January 11, 2016, or later EASA approved revision, and is required as part of this installation.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. No. E-2555, Rev.0, dated June 08, 2015, or later EASA accepted revision.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to the Commander 114, 114A, 114B, and 114TC aircraft is as follows:

a) The type certification basis for the Commander Aircraft Corporation 114, 114A, 114B, and 114TC aircraft as shown on TCDS A12SO for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b) The type certification basis for the Commander Aircraft Corporation 114, 114A, 114B, and 114TC aircraft as shown on TCDS A12SO for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exceptions:

● Compliance with 14 CFR §23.1529 at Amendment 23-26.

● Compliance with 14 CFR Part 36 at Amendment 36-30.
