Installation of Hydraulic Four-blade Reversing and Full feathering Constant Speed Natural Composite propeller, MT-Propeller Model No. MTV-16-1-E-C-F-R(P)/CFR250-55a propeller on Pacific Aerospace Corporation Model PAC-750XL airplane, in accordance with MT-Propeller Document No. E-1716, “Installation Instructions”, Revision Original Issue, dated 13 January, 2009, or later FAA Approved Revision.

Limitations and Conditions: "This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission."

MT-Propeller Document No. E-1717, “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness MT-Propeller Model No. MTV-16-1-E-C-F-R(P)/CFR250-55a on Pacific Aerospace Corporation PAC 750XL”, Revision Original Issue, dated January 13, 2009, and MT-Propeller Document No. E-1715, “Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Pacific Aerospace Corporation PAC 750XL with 4-bladed Reversing and Full Feathering Constant Speed Propellers”, Revision Original Issue, dated April 28, 2009, or later FAA Approved Revisions of these documents, are a required part of this STC.

A No Acoustical Change equivalency is granted for 14 CFR 36 compliance based on MT-Propeller Document No. E-1660, “MT- Propeller Noise Test Report FAA Back-to-back Comparison”, Revision Original Issue, dated 21 July 2008.
