1. Installation of the Replacement Fuel Manifold Tubes in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Rocky Mountain Aircraft (RMA) Modification Instruction E108610 Revision B, dated March 11, 2016, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. TCCA approved RMA Engineering Data Summary E108600 Revision C, dated March 3, 2016 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

1. The installer must determine if this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

(b) 14 CFR Part 23 including amendments 23-1 through 23-6 plus 23.955(f) at amendment 23-7 for parts changed or affected by the change.
