1. A copy of this certificate and FAA AML No. SA03819NY, issued January 24, 2022, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make-Model as listed in FAA AML No. SA03819NY.
5. Maintenance must be in accordance with the "Airworthiness Limitations" section of Lanitz-Prena Folien Factory GmbH Maintenance Manual Supplement as listed in FAA AML No. SA03819NY.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the Make/Model aircraft as listed in FAA AML No. SA03819NY is as follows:
