Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of the Tamarack ATLAS Winglets in accordance with both Cranfield Aerospace Service Bulletin CA/DD/SB1375, Rev R, dated March 2019, and CAS/SB1480, Issue A, dated July 2019, or later FAA-approved revisions. Maintained in accordance with Cranfield Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement CA/DD/M021, Issue M, dated September 2019, or later FAA accepted revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Mandatory replacement time and/or inspection intervals are defined in the FAA Approved “Airworthiness Limitation” section of Cranfield Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement CA/DD/M021 Issue M dated September 2019, or later FAA accepted revisions. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the “Limitation” section of the Cranfield Aerospace Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement f or the associated aircraft model. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
