Installation of Aircell ATG-5000 High Speed Internet System (AHSI) and Cabin Telecommunication Router (CTR) with Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) in accordance with Avantair Inc., Master Drawing List DB1003020, Revision C, dated January 26, 2012, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determine by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number DB1003022, Revision IR, dated February 6, 2012 is a required part of this STC, or later FAA approved revisions.

This system is intended to provide internet connection and email services to the airplane’s cabin using portable electronic devices (PEDs). Any other intended function of this equipment will require a reexamination of the certification basis.
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Avantair Inc. Document Number DB1003021, Revision IR, dated August 11, 2011, or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
Certification Basis:
The Certification Basis for this installation is per Type Certificate Data Sheet A59EU original Certification Basis date of application for Type Certificate, December 29, 1983, revised FAR 21.17, November 12, 1986.
