1. Replacement of existing TCAS 7.0 by TCAS 7.1 in accordance with Scandinavian Avionics Design ApS documentation as listed on FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA03973NY, issued November 1, 2017, or later FAA approved revisions.
2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Scandinavian Avionics Design ApS Instructions for Continued Airworthiness documentation as listed on FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA03973NY, issued November 1, 2017, or later FAA accepted revisions.
3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Scandinavian Avionics Design ApS Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement documentation as listed on FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA03973NY, issued November 1, 2017, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA03973NY, issued November 1, 2017, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
