2. This Approval includes a FAA Approved Commercial Parts List, EAA Document Number JAE-CPL-01, Rev. 1, dated March 25, 2016 or later FAA approved revision.

3. Aircraft must have been fitted with a pneumatically (vacuum) powered Attitude Indicator at the time of manufacture in order to be eligible for installation of this STC.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
